Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you submit a form on this site:

• Request Service form: name, phone number, email address, vehicle year/make/model, service needed, and any additional details you provide.
• Careers / Job Application form: name, phone number, email address, position of interest, availability, ASE certification status, years of experience, and any message you provide.

These two forms are the only way this website itself collects your information. We don’t use cookies or accounts to collect it, and it’s only submitted when you fill out and send a form yourself. (Separately, this site does use Google Analytics, which does use cookies. See below.)

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is emailed directly to our team and used to respond to your request, whether that’s following up on a service appointment or reviewing a job application. This website does not store submissions in a database; they arrive only as an email in our inbox. From there, we may enter appointment or customer details into our internal business management and scheduling records so we can keep track of your visit, the same way we’d record information from a phone call or walk-in. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use the site (such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing activity on this site.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may pass through service providers that help us run our business and this website, for example our web hosting provider, our email provider, and the shop management software we use internally to keep track of appointments and customer records. For fleet accounts specifically, information may also be shared with AutoIntegrate, the fleet vehicle maintenance authorization platform we use to process fleet repair requests and invoicing. These providers only receive the information needed to help us serve you, and we do not permit them to use it for their own marketing. Data Retention

Form submissions are sent to us as email rather than stored on this website. Once received, we may keep that information in our email inbox and in our internal business/customer records for as long as reasonably needed to manage your appointment, account, or application. If you’d like us to delete information you’ve sent us, contact us using the information below.

Your Choices

You are never required to submit a form to use this website. If you’d prefer not to share your information online, you’re welcome to call us directly at (610) 696-7390.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use caution when sharing personal information online.
